NMQ QVS website down

Hello,

The NMQ QVS website (http://nmq.ou.edu/) is currently unavailable.  We  
are experiencing some hardware issues and are trying to resolve them  
as quickly as possible.  Access will return this afternoon at the  
earliest.

LDM and HTTP data services are unaffected.
