NMQ QVS - Planned outage

Hello,
The NMQ QVS website (http://nmq.ou.edu) will be unavailable this Friday
(Dec. 18th) for hardware upgrades. We expect this upgrade to start
during the 9 o'clock hour (15 Z) and take about half a day.
Users grabbing data from the NMQ data server will be *unaffected* by
this downtime time.
