[McIDAS #JMJ-751832]: McIDAS - ADDE transfer of current Unidata radar composites

We are having problems with the RAID motherlode.ucar.edu (aka adde.ucar.edu).
Since motherlode is responsible for creating the NEXRAD composite imagery,
it is not unexpected that there would be a hiccup in the creation of the
composites.  The backup for composite creation was slow to take over its
duties thus causing a gap in product availability from 11:01 to 13:55 UTC:
