[NCEP.List.CWD] A Critical Weather Day has been declared...

A Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared from 09Z this morning
until 12Z Wednesday morning.  This is in response to a tropical storm
watch for Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands as issued by TPC.

Again a CWD is in effect from 01/09Z until 02/12Z.
