[McIDAS #JLT-563187]: McIDAS - GOES-West and East servers not providing data

I contacted the Data Center folks at SSEC about the hangup, and got the 
following
repl:

  Sorry Tom for not notifying you that we just noticed the hang up a short
  time ago also.  The problem was a piece of bad data that came through at
  1230z that caused the sends to unidata2 to hang up for some reason.  We
  have seen this before with bad data.   We removed the 1230z image time
  from the list of files to be sent and data started flowing again.

I have verified that images newer than 12:15 UTC are now available in the 
EAST/ALL
dataset:

Apparently, it is taking a long time to work through the backlog of images
not sent after the 12:30 bad data.  I suspect that the images will be
current shortly.
