Today the Dover AFB (KDOX) WSR-88D Level II data was added to the NWS Level II 
Data
Collection and Distribution Network.  You should be able to "see" the data.

The connection of the Robins AFB (KJGX) WSR-88D to the network is scheduled for 
17
May.

The connection of the Eglin AFB (KEVX) WSR-88D to the network is scheduled for 
18
May.
