Yes, you are correct, and make an excellent point - is something 
wrong/different with the WMO headers that France is using?  Yes, we see 
the data, but we don't see the WMO headers on the NWS site, so we cannot 
infer what needs to be done to make the LDM get them.  That is where we 
need Unidata's expertise, through the liaison with NWS.  Thanks,
