Power outage at SSEC 09:40 - 10:06 UTC - Data loss

Hello,

There was a power outage at SSEC that lasted from 9:40 - 10:06 UTC today 
(Saturday  July  26  day 2003207).
Unfortunately some machines did not recover from the power outage 
gracefully, so some data losses extended beyond the power outage time.
