Data outage due to system test

On monday July 1, starting at approximately 15:00z, FSL will have a Full
Functional Systems Testing in the Central Computer Facility.
All the equipment will be shut down starting at about 11:30z 07/01/02.
This planned power outage will affect FSL data the most and the outage
may last all day. We will keep you informed on the status.
