No GOES-8 or GOES-10 data between 0200Z and 0330Z JDAY 253

Hi
SSEC did not receive any GOES-10 data from 0200 UTC - 0245 UTC and no
GOES-8 data from 0200 UTC - 0339 UTC do to problems at SOCC.
