Loss of Gilmore POES data today 6/14

Due to a undetermined hang-up on the POES GILMORE ingest machine, no
Gilmore/Fairbanks passes were ingested between 0630UTC - 1401UTC today
(165).  Data is again ingesting as of 1402UTC.
