Lack of Meteosat-7 signal

Due to hardware maintenance at the ground station, SSEC has not received
any Meteosat-7 data, or the Met-5 LX sectors, since the 1400UTC images
today.  There is no estimated uptime at this time.

The Meteosat-7 relay is back up as of 1800UTC.
