Hi Randy, Sorry for the late reply to your inquiry about access to Level II NEXRAD data.As Tom Yoksas pointed out, we had a CRAFT workshop last week where we discussed access and distribution of the Level II NEXRAD data. There were over 70 participants involved from a broad sector of the community. Presentations from the workshop, along with a report will ultimately be published on the WWW. I'll be happy to include your name on the list for updates on the project.
You can check the following site for current information. http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/craft/index.html This site also links to the University of Oklahoma site.I've taken the liberty of copying Kelvin Droegemeier from the University of Oklahoma. Kelvin has been the driving force for the project. He will undoubtedly want to know more about your request for Level II radar data.

I am CCing Linda Miller of our office on this email so that she can shed some light on the possibility of your getting access to Level II data through CRAFT. Tom
