Server maintenance on noaaport.ssec.wisc.edu

Hello,

The Data Center will be upgrading the Conventional data decoders and
servers on noaaport.ssec.wisc.edu over the next few days.  While no 
impact to users is expected, please let us know if you encounter any 
problems.
