Loss of Meteosat and POES data 6/1/00-6/2/00

Meteosat and POES data was lost between 2345 UTC on 6/1/00 to 0300 UTC
on 6/2/00 due to a local power outage.  At around 0300 UTC the power was
restored and it appears that the equipment came up normally.
