EASTL and WESTS GOES data servers upgrade completed

The EASTL and WESTS GOES data server upgrade has been completed
successfully.    The EASTL group once again contains the most recent  3+
days of data,  except for the 1999250 1439UTC-2232UTC images which came
in during the actual machine downtime.   That data is available from our
archive.

We will be upgrading the server containing the EASTL and WESTS groups
on Tuesday September 7th.  Users currently accessing data from the
following servers
will be UNAFFECTED except for the amount of data being retained online:

EASTL.SSEC.WISC.EDU     144.92.109.167
WESTS.SSEC.WISC.EDU    144.92.109.197

(During the upgrade dates, less data than normal will be available for
the EASTL ADDE GROUP)
