NMC2 feed has been out since Friday- still waiting for GSFC to restart
LDM on their side.

NCEP had major Cray 3 crashes Thursday-Sunday, and RUC2 apparently does not
run well on Cray 5 or the IBM so its availability even via FTP has been
scrubbed at times (see NOUS42 KWNO messages for explanation about what
model runs were scrubbed at NCEP over the past 4 days).
