No NOAA-14/15 GACs since 1430 UTC 8/18/1999 (99230)

SSEC has not recieved any NOAA-14 or NOAA15 GACs since 1430UTC today,
August 18, 1999 (99230) when we recieved the NOAA-14 1218 UTC GAC.  SOCC
has been in contact with Fairbanks for us and has informed us that
Fairbanks is aware of the problem and is working to correct it.

There is no estimated uptime.
