[conduit] missing 2017100312 GFS CONDUIT data

Hi everyone,

There seem to be some system-wide problems with CONDUIT.  We did not
receive any 2017100312 GFS CONDUIT data and apparently Unidata hasn't
either.  I'm hoping NCEP folks might comment.  Apparently the last
product Unidata got was

20171003T164944.344211Z notifyme[28672] INFO notifyme.c:222:notifymeprog_5()    
  49370 20171003142521.913029 CONDUIT 801  
data/nccf/com/nam/prod/nam.20171003/nam.t12z.firewxnest.hiresf35.tm00.grib2
