[Support #IJP-524119]: [conduit] ncepldm4.woc.noaa.gov down?

I just checked to see what the newest data available from ncepldm4.woc.noaa.gov
is:

<as 'ldm' on the machine we REQUEST CONDUIT on>

notifyme -vl- -f CONDUIT -h ncepldm4.woc.noaa.gov -o 20000

and I see that the last product inserted into their LDM queue was the
manifest file for the NAM_84 data:

Mar 06 19:21:16 notifyme[6038] INFO:   105163 20150306143317.570 CONDUIT 694  
.status.data/nccf/com/nam/prod/nam.20150306/nam.t12z.awipak54.tm00.grib2 000694

This verifies that data flow to ncepldm4.woc.noaa.gov stopped, so I will send
a note to NCEP to alert them to the situation.

It is likely that this is the reason, but that has passed.  You should replicate
your feed REQUEST(s) to include the other CONDUIT top level relay site,
conduit.ncep.noaa.gov.  FYI here is what we use:

request CONDUIT "[18]$" ncepldm4.woc.noaa.gov
request CONDUIT "[27]$" ncepldm4.woc.noaa.gov
