The server machines we operate here in Unidata are, for the most part, not located on the unidata.ucar.edu subnet, instead they are on the ucar.edu subnet with one exception: unidata2-new.ssec.wisc.edu. One of the reasons for this is partly historic and partly due to how NCAR/UCAR's security perimeter is setup (motherlode.ucar.edu and atm.ucar.edu are on the ucar.edu subnet so that they can see both sides of the NCAR/UCAR security perimeter). re: > Do we need to add in another line for this machine?
