Re: CONDUIT Testing for 02/23/06

Steve,

We are going to have to postpone the CONDUIT testing scheduled for 
tomorrow (02/23/06).  The NWS Telecommunications Gateway is continuing 
to upgrade their infrastructure, once they are confident in its state we 
will reschedule the test.
