Alex,

The NCEP ftp servers experienced network trouble today. Note that the NCEP ftp
server is not considered operation by NWS.

The CONDUIT data stream carries the GRIB pressure level GFS analysis fields,
but not the spectral coefficients. At the present time, it is not possible
to modify the CONDUIT data stream due to a moratorium on system changes
at the NWS, as well as limited resources for distributing additional data
volumes..

We do have several additional requested data sets to get onto CONDUIT once the
NWS moratorium is lifted, but they are pending to probably April at present.
