CONDUIT product ordering

CONDUIT data users,

Changes were implemented with the 12Z model runs today which maintain
data product order as existed previously.

The top level LDM will need a restart to complete the upgrade, which
will create a short interruption in the feed. I will inform the list when
NWS personel have made the restart.
