Hi,
When requesting the ETA for 12z on March 28, 2000 and 00z on March 29,2000
I recieve an error in processing that request.  This is for the Dallas/Forth
Worth comet case study (case 28).  Any help you cou;d give me would be
appreciated.

Actually for ETA model product we only have 00z data for March 28. That is why you get the error. If you like to consider the product from other model I think that AVN and RUC have more complete data there available. Let me know if anything we can help.
