Ron Lowther, We do have all these cases available in CD-ROM. But you need to go to CODIAC system to order them one by one. The reason we asking you to do it instead of helping you is that we need to gather all the statictics for our funding agency, and through CODIAC system these data will be collected automatically if you are ordering from there.
