Hi there! After talking with a few of my more knowledgeable coworkers, I have a few more troubleshooting requests for you. Can you please open a command terminal (type 'cmd' in the Windows search bar and hit enter to open a new command prompt). In the terminal can you type: tracert edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu And let that run. It may take a minute or two. Can you please copy and paste the output you receive. After that, can you also run the following: ping edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu Let that run for a few seconds, and then you can hit ctrl+c to stop it. Can you please copy and paste whatever response you receive from that command as well?
