Hi Pete, Okay, we tracked down the answer. The Hawaii Sector from GOES-WEST data was discontinued earlier this year, starting on January 4th, 2023. The reasoning is the new position of the GOES-WEST CONUS now covers Hawaii. So, your options are to use GOES West CONUS or Full disk to see all the data we have over Hawaii. We will remove the Hawaii options from our satellite menu soon. Sorry for the confusion, but at least all the data is still there. Sorry if it takes a little longer to load. Let me know if we can help with anything else. --Shay Carter She/Her/Hers AWIPS Software Engineer UCAR - Unidata If you're interested, please feel free to fill out a survey about the support you receive: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDIkdk8qUMgq8ZdM4jhP-ubJPUOr-mJMQgxInwoAWoV5QcOw/viewform Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: WFC-925807 Department: Support AWIPS Priority: Low Status: Open =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
