Hi Peter, Glad to see you have been able to update your EDEX and get data flowing again! Sorry to hear you are having issues with the RGB products. How are you running CAVE? Is it from within a virtual machine or remotely somehow? Linux? There are known limitations using Mac and Virtual Machines that RGB products will not render. Typical behavior is it looks like it's loaded but throws an error that *should* be in AlertView. You said your older Windows version pointing to your new EDEX renders correct? That should mean your EDEX is fine and it's CAVE that can't render the RGB's. Is it possible for you to try connecting the CAVE that's not working to Unidata's EDEX (edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu) to see if it renders? Was this CAVE able to render RGB products previously before you upgraded your EDEX?
