Actually the counties are correct in the image you recently sent. The county
shapes are oversimplified to limit the number of points which makes them look
like they aren't flush against each other. The reason behind this functionality
is similar to warnings in warngen. Since the points are listed in the text,
there is a limit to the number of points.
