Hi Peter,

 You are correct, ^(W[BD-RTUW-Z]....) is the pqact.conf line for watches and 
warnings. It's saying it starts with a W, then the next letter is either "B" or 
any letter between "D-R" or "T" or "U" or any letter between "W-Z" so all of 
the examples you listed will match that pattern.
