Hi Sam, Great, I'm glad that was able to work. You should also be able to download and ingest RAP13 model data as well. Yes, we've had a number of users trying to access CAVE remotely seeing this issue. I can't completely pin-point the issue except that it has to do with the X-graphics not being fully 3-D rendered via remote access. Is there a reason you can't install CAVE directly on the linux box and connect to Unidata cloud edex or local edex and eliminate NoMachine?
