Hi Wyatt, At this point, there could be a number of things that CAVE is unhappy with and that's why you're seeing that particular error. Unfortunately, at this time CAVE is only supported for REL 6 and 7. We have not yet had the chance to test and run CAVE on REL 8, and so at this time, we do not officially support 8. There aren't any easy solutions for you at this point, the best chance is to either have a machine that is still running Redhat 7, possibly run a Windows machine, or Mac with compatible graphics cards, or *maybe* run a VM on your current machine of CentOS/RedHat 7. I say maybe with that last option because not all VM software programs forward the response to the graphics cards properly, and therefore not all data will render on CAVE because of that. As for your Mac graphics card question/request -- it is not exactly that CAVE doesn't support other graphics cards. It's that OpenGL, which is an underlying tool CAVE is written in, has the graphics cards limitations. So, as far as us adding support for more graphics cards, it's not really in our hands, if that makes sense. I know that none of this is an actual solution for you, but it's the best I can provide at this time.
