Hi there,

Yes, I am currently trying to reach out through different avenues to see if I
can get a solution for your problem. I'm sorry I didn't get back to you sooner,
but I am waiting to hear back from some people.
Unfortunately, our AWIPS specialist is no longer with us and I just recently
started here, so I might not be able to solve your problem quickly. But I'm
hoping I can get some help from some other developers at NOAA.
If you have another AWIPS contact, also feel free to ask them, and let me know
if they solve your problem. But for now, yes, the ball is currently in my
court and I'll let you know as soon as I have any progress to report.
Thanks.
